If your plan is self-managed or plan-managed, you can use your NDIS funding for sessions with us. We work with participants right across Australia.
Good Game Counselling works with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. This is very common for counselling and therapy services across Australia.
If your plan is self-managed or plan-managed, you can use your funding for sessions with us. If your plan is NDIA-managed (agency-managed), the NDIA requires you to work with registered providers for that funding stream.
Not sure what type of management you have? Check your NDIS plan or ask your support coordinator - it's listed clearly under each support category.
You claim directly; we invoice you after each session. You submit the claim via the myNDIS app or portal.
We invoice your plan manager directly. We can also provide a service agreement for their records.
Unfortunately we can't accept NDIS funding in this case. You're always welcome as a private client.
Our sessions fall under Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living.
If you or your plan manager need a different line item or service agreement format, just ask - we're flexible.
Confirm your plan is self-managed or plan-managed. Check your NDIS plan document or ask your support coordinator.
Make sure you have Improved Daily Living Skills (Support Category 15) in your plan.
Contact us - we'll send a service agreement before your first session and liaise directly with your plan manager if needed.
Start with a free 15-minute chat. We'll take care of the rest - paperwork, service agreements, and invoicing.
We're happy to answer questions, liaise with your plan manager, and make the process as clear as possible. Don't let the paperwork be the thing that stops you - reach out and we'll work through it together.
